Warren County Man Succumbs To Injuries After ATV Overturns: Njsp

A 48-year-old Warren County man died two days after his ATV overturned in a crash on Sunday, Sept. 22, authorities said.

At 4:54 p.m., police responded to Danville Mountain Road in Liberty Township after a C-Force 600 all-terrain vehicle traveling westbound veered off the road and overturned, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. Scott Labinski, the driver and a Liberty resident, was ejected from the vehicle and sustained serious injuries, Lebron said.

Labinski was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment and on Tuesday, Sept. 24,  died from his injuries, Lebron said The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
